These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of lavore.store (the “Site”) and to any purchases made through the Site.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract in your country of residence. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Site only with a parent or legal guardian.
2) Products and handcrafted nature
Our pieces are handcrafted and may be made-to-order. Product images are for reference. Minor variations in stitch, texture, and finish are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship. Colors may appear differently across screens. We may update product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time.
3) Pricing, currency, taxes, and duties
Prices are shown on the Site and the final total is displayed at checkout.
Depending on your delivery country, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4) Order processing
Placing an order is a request to purchase. We accept the order when we confirm it by email and/or ship the item.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe it involves suspected fraud, a pricing/technical error, or production constraints. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the paid amount to the original payment method.
5) Production time and delivery estimates
Since all our products are made-to-order, our standard production time is approximately 2–4 weeks for bikinis and 3–6 weeks for dresses, tops, skirts and all other pieces unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to production complexity, carrier issues, customs processing, holidays, or events beyond our control.
6) Shipping, tracking, and delivery
We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Tracking is provided where available.
If a shipment is delayed, held, or returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or customs issues outside our control, you may be responsible for additional shipping or reshipping fees.
7) Changes and cancellations
We understand plans can change. You may request changes or a cancellation on the same calendar day you placed the order, before 12:00 AM (midnight). After that window, your order becomes final, as production may already be scheduled or started, especially for made-to-order pieces.
Requests must be submitted to mail@lavore.store and include your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
8) Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Our Return Policy applies to all purchases and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is any conflict, the Return Policy governs returns and exchanges.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons where permitted by law. Made-to-order items may have additional restrictions as described in the Return Policy.
9) Issues, defects, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mail@lavore.store and include:
- your order number
- clear photos/videos showing the issue
- photos of the packaging and shipping label (if relevant)
If verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the issue and feasibility.
10) Payments, disputes, and chargebacks
By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us first at mail@lavore.store and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
To respond to disputes, we may provide the payment processor with relevant evidence, including order confirmations, customer communications, proof of production steps where applicable, shipping confirmation, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
If we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive dispute behavior, we may refuse future orders associated with the customer, address, email, or payment method.
11) Intellectual property
All content on the Site (including text, images, branding, and product names) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
12) Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security features, or submit false or misleading information. We may restrict access or cancel orders if prohibited conduct is suspected.
13) Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or that the Site will be error-free.
14) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15) Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
