Care Guide
This mini bag is hand-crocheted from yarn, so we recommend gentle care to preserve its shape, texture, and handcrafted finish. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or soaking.
If needed, gently spot clean with cold to lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Do not scrub or wring. Gently press out excess moisture with a soft towel and lay flat to air dry in the shade. Avoid direct heat, heavy loads, and rough surfaces to keep your piece looking its best.
Return Policy
All Lavoré pieces are made to order and begin production after your purchase. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, sizing preferences, or delayed production.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If approved, we will offer a replacement (or, if a replacement isn’t possible, a refund).
Order changes / cancellations: Because production starts quickly, cancellations or changes are only possible before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
