How to Wash
This piece is hand-crocheted from yarn, so we recommend gentle care to keep its shape and texture. Hand wash in cold to lukewarm water (max 30°C) with a mild detergent, and avoid scrubbing or wringing. Gently press out excess water and lay flat to air dry in the shade. Avoid direct heat or tumble drying.
Return Policy
All Lavoré pieces are made to order and begin production after your purchase. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, sizing preferences, or delayed production.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. If approved, we will offer a replacement (or, if a replacement isn’t possible, a refund).
Order changes / cancellations: Because production starts quickly, cancellations or changes are only possible before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
